They had many problems with each early(a) becausethe group was split up among friends. One group would go erupt and do one thing,while the otherwise group would do another. This led to many more problems, such asdeciding and agreeing on a leader, who would do what jobs, and most importantly,which of the boys would become the leader of the crew.
